CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nailology, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 12 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Please note that any outstanding fees must be paid in full before booking or rescheduling any future appointments.
